Outdoor Party and Christening Assistance:

Having a birthday party/event outside? (Jollibee, McDonalds, Shakeys etc…) but no time and need a personal assistant? We can do that for you…

 

  • Work shall commence 1 month before the event

  • Max of 3 meetings

  • Choose your favorite restaurant and tell us

  • We’ll contact and visit them and ask everything you need to know

  • We’ll update you in any kind of communication

  • Reserve the date, payment and contract signing

  • Confirmation and changes (if any)

  • Show up and enjoy the party

 

 

*for outdoor party a charge of 2,300PHP per whole transaction with checklist, documentation, on-the-day supervision

*same charge and same procedure for christening PHP2,3000, reservation in a restaurant and/or assistance in church inquiries is included with checklist, documentation and on-the-day supervision

**additional 800PHP per supplier needed

 

 

Training/Seminars and Company Events Assistance: 

  • Work  shall commence 1 month before the event

  • Max of 3 meetings

  • Tell us where, when and what equipment/things you need (optional)

  • Ocular for the place

  • Contacting of suppliers / reserve the date

  • We will update you in any kind of communication

  • Dealing/ contract signing/ payment

  • Update/ changes/reviewing of contract
     

*reception or registration assistant (optional) with checklist, documentation, on-the-day supervision

*same procedure for outside office activities like family day, sports day and outing

*same procedure for company event/anniversary but additional charges depends on how many pax and coordinators needed

**additional 1,000PHP per supplier needed

 

 

Anniversary:

  • For renewal of vows : same from on-the-day wedding package and inclusion

  • For company anniversary : same from Tranining/Seminars and Company Events Assistance

 

*Budget tracker, Documentation, Checklist, Accessories for the games (optional), Organize format of Guest list, RSVP, Program list Program list (optional) and Accessorize reception area

**Free (choose 1): 2party poppers (big) or offertory fruit basket or smoke/bubble machine

***For semi coordination additional charge of 600PHP per supplier, for full coordination additional of charge 1,000PHP per supplier
 

 

Reunion: (big gathering 100-150PAX) (small gathering 40-80PAX)
