Debut Package:

  • 5 meetings before the event

  • Reviewing of signed contracts and/or refers and setup appointments with suppliers

  • Guiding in preparation area 

  • With planner/ checklist/ timeline

  • Supervision and execution of the actual event

  • Assist in finalization of guest lists, seating arrangement and floor plan

  • Assist participants in the program

  • Management of reception materials (candles, roses, accessories, souvenir etc.)

  • Guest registration, gift management and inventory

  • With RSVP

  • Conceptualize and organize the whole reception program

  • Turnover all accessories used in the reception

  • Distribution of souvenirs and routing of the signature book/frame

  • Professional Personal assistance shall be assigned to celebrant/s
